Description

As a member of Veritas Maintenance Renewal organization, the Maintenance Renewal Sales Representative will have an overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in a XXX territory.

Responsibilities:

· Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations

· Generating revenue through meeting and exceeding sales retention/growth quotas

· Manage quote to order process

· Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

· Working directly with Veritas Partners and Distributors to accelerate growth

· Working closely with other internal Veritas organizations

· Ensuring customer satisfaction including ensuring support issues are escalated to the appropriate department

Experience & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

· Experience working in a similar environment

· Proven experience in Inside Sales, Renewals, Sales Support or Customer Service

· Database Experience, Oracle Financial Preferred

· Strong communication skills, both written and oral

· Good problem-solving skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner

· Excellent decision making skills with ability to identify, prioritize and ability to show good judgment in decision making when necessary

· Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Cross functional teamwork

· Driven to meet business targets

· Proven history of exceeding your sales retention/growth quotas
