We are on the lookout for a highly experience Inventory Planner for a contract role, up to 8 months.

This position will work within our Inventory Management team and your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining stock levels in line with demand plan & safety expectations

  • Manage the reporting & analysis of out of stock lines, lost sales and fill rate results

  • Ownership of New product Tracking process with timely and accurate information presented fortnightly

  • Collaborating with regional & global teams on all critical launches as required

  • Be a key driver in monthly SIOP meeting & presentation outlining KPI tracking & trends

  • Proactive analysis of expired and aging stocks

  • Facilitating the monthly Excess & Obsolescence reporting with brand teams

  • Coordinating with our Distribution Centre team regarding any QA issues or blocked/restricted stock flags

  • Ensuring prioritisation with DC inbound team as required

  • Communicating efficiently with key stakeholders & international contacts

  • Working closely with Demand Planning team on all risks to supply stability

  • Demonstrating ability to enhance current practice and drive process improvement

  • The ability to build strong relationships across many different styles & cultures

Qualifications

To get you over the line, your strong and effective advisory ability to communicate with your business groups and both regional/global contacts are the foundation of this role, along with your solid team player who leads by example. We are looking strong analytical capacity to uncover insights and bring great solutions to the Company.

This role is not for the faint-hearted. You will ensure people at all levels are informed of any changes, updates and issues as well as embrace the challenge of presenting your results regularly to small and medium size groups.

4 years’ experience in FMCG or the cosmetic/beauty industry solid SAP/APO experience is essential.
