THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a member of the Field Operations team reporting to the Regional Field Operations Manager for APAC, the LMS Manager Australia & New Zealand will be responsible for the whole Last Minute Sales process for these countries.

This is a highly visible role that will give you the chance of being the owner for the growth of our LMS presence in these countries.

This position is well suited to an energetic and proactive individual who is able to function in a fast-paced

organization while wearing multiple hats.

LOCATION :

The position will be based in Sydney.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Account Management: You will be the person responsible for assuring an appropriate offer by managing our sellers and their inventory for each event.

Operations: Setting up all the key-points involved in Operations: staff, deadlines, branding material and inventory management (receive, pack and distribution)

Staff Management: Coordinate and train people for the operative.

Stakeholder: Coordination with other internal departments to assure the best performance in each event.

Partnerships Operations: Operations Support for our existing and new Partnerships in your area.

Business Development: Identifying possible needs and ways to improve our services locally.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree

Multi-tasking, open-minded and creative mentality.

Problem-Solving profile ready to take fast decisions in a very fast changing environment.

Ability to work under pressure, driven by results

Ability to manage a team.

Customer oriented by providing excellent service to our customers.

High level of commitment and flexibility.

Experienced in working with KPIs and reporting.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel
