Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager- Digital Planning and Digital partners you'll be responsible for the holistic strategy and planning as well as the creation and execution of member get member and new partnership marketing programs.

Strategic Intent

Support Cards and Loans digital sales planning through identifying optimum strategies to achieve both new accounts and cost efficient acquisition through the optimization of media channel, distribution, offer and product. Working with the other channel specific Marketing Managers to identify and implement strategies to drive this.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive key sales and customer propositions that result in qualified leads and the most cost efficient mix of new accounts, scale and profitability across member get member and lead acquisition growth across new partnership opportunities.

Support monthly budget management holistically across Cards and Loans, as well as detailed management of the specific channels managed. Day to day process management across all new offer launches and campaigns.

Management of the reporting requirements by working with our agency partners to develop business lead data dashboards (Datorama) and lead in campaign reporting across the team to monitor channel mix impacts to achieve optimum media mix and socialize successes and learnings to inform future optimisations.

This is a newly created role, so to hit the ground running in this fast-paced and dynamic team, an eagerness to learn, implement best practice marketing campaigns and attention to detail is a must.

Additionally, this role requires you to have exceptionally strong written and communication skills, strong stakeholder management, budget management and consultancy skills.

Essentials for success …

  • Tertiary qualified in a Marketing, Economic, Business Degree or related discipline

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience within fast pace large organisations

  • Agency and project management experience

  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, time-management and organisation skills with the the ability to manage multiple - concurrent projects and responsibilities
