We are currently looking

for an Office Coordinator to join our energetic and

enthusiastic corporate office in Sydney.

As the Office Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office reception desk and all administration and logistical facets of the corporate office whilst providing professional and personalized service to both internal and external guests. Being the face of IHG and often a guest’s first impression of IHG, immaculate person presentation is essential while ensuring the physical ambience and guest experience within the corporate office reflects the high standards of IHG. This role also provides administration support and assistance to company Executives as and when required.

Qualifications

To be successful in your application,

you will bring a minimum of 1-2 year’s previous experience in an

office coordinator or guest service/reception supervisor. Previous work experience

in a hotel environment is preferred, providing you with the knowledge and tools

to enable you to deliver the five star brand standards required.

Your advanced computer skills will include;

Microsoft Office packages and Outlook mail. Strong organisational skills with

the ability to work independently will assist you in exceeding our internal and

external customers expectations. Demonstrated customer service and

interpersonal skills, effective written and oral communication skills.

Excellent personal presentation is essential.
