support the rapidly growing OMC footprint in ANZ, we need an experienced Enteprise

Sales Director to lead the team who drive high-value marketing software sales

to CMOs across a range of industries, into both existing customers and

green field prospects.

SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES

  • GeographicalLeadership - represent OMC in the ANZ market, to customers, system integrationpartners, prospects, internal stakeholders, industry associations, and themedia

  • ThoughtLeadership - provide insight into the local OMC Enterprise market, map ourofferings to local market needs

  • BusinessPlan - develop and execute our plan to dominate the OMC market in collaborationwith colleagues and peers

  • TerritoryManagement - identify the market, target organisations, and segment accordingto your chosen go to market model

  • PersonnelDevelopment - target, recruit and develop a local sales and solution team

  • SalesIncentive Planning - manage team quota achievement

  • GenerateDemand - develop senior executive relationships within target accounts in thedesignated territory

  • CampaignDevelopment & Execution - collaborate with the solution strategy team todevelop marketing and PR campaigns in the local market

  • StrategicSales - personally engage in the most strategic sales engagements, ensuringmaximum sales conversion

  • Pipeline& Forecast Management - accurately manage sales reporting on opportunityqualification and sales forecasting

  • CustomerRelationship Management - manage ongoing relationships with senior customers

  • CustomerReferencability - ensure maximum customer referencability from sales throughquality of delivery and relationship management

  • StakeholderManagement - manage stakeholder relationships internally, both with theregional Apps & tech sales organisations

  • BusinessPractice Management - ensure the sales team adhere to company policy onpricing, approvals, and contracting.

RELEVANTEXPERIENCE and TRAINING

  • Salesleadership – Leading business software sales teams, in a complex solutionenvironment, ideally Marketing Cloud related solutions.

  • Financialmanagement – Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipeline and deliver accurateforecasts.

  • Salesacumen – Track record of delivering sales success, averaging at least US$5-10 mper year.

  • Industryknowledge – Proven network of CMO relationships in the OMC market essential

  • BusinessApps, Marketing Cloud, Customer Experience/CRM, ERP etc – several years of experiencein the business applications sales industry.

  • Businessplanning – Demonstrated ability to articulate a strategy and plan to build asales business based on financial objectives, territory planning, marketingplans, etc.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle

  • s opportunities across all products and product lines.

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
