We are embarking on a journey to build and drive robust analytics in our Customer and Logistics Services (CLS) team. In this newly created role, you are responsible for managing and reporting on performance metrics, develop robust analytics processes and practices, and deliver insights for CLS to drive business and cost improvements.
Working across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, you will support CLS leaders and stakeholders with performance and project analysis, identify insights and trends and make recommendations for improvement opportunities. You will champion reporting automation through our IT systems and platforms, ensuring we are meeting the businesses’ needs.

For this Analyst’s role, we are seeking the following skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a process analysis or analytics role, either in supply chain or customer service
Highly analytical & problem solving skills
Advanced level with Microsoft Excel
Previous experience with SAP
Strong technical ability with analytical software such as Tableau/Minitab
Experience in leading and delivering report automation projects
You will have a high degree of motivation, initiative and enjoy working in an autonomous role. You’re your excellent communication skills, you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to discuss business needs, reporting, analytics and insights on business performance.
You are passionate about using data and analytics to drive process optimization, and supporting project deliveries through data and insights.
