We are seeking an exceptional Pricing & Contracts Specialist for our team. Reporting to the Pricing & Contracts Team Leader, this position provides strong commercial support to Sales, Marketing and other internal and external customers to help drive customer growth.

Key responsibilities will be centred on supporting the Sales, Marketing and Strategic Account Management teams to ensure operational excellence and flawless execution of pricing administration, tenders and contracts, including:

  • Coordination and supporting the preparation of Tender and Agreement proposals, including gathering of key inputs, assignment of responsibilities and project management.

  • Contract management including sales tracking and reporting, management of key terms, price variation applications and product addition requests

  • Pricing administration and accuracy, including query and credit management responsibilities

  • Processing special pricing requests from Sales/Marketing

  • Monitoring Tender/Contract opportunities within key databases

  • Reporting and analysis related to pricing and contracts administration

  • Being part of project teams aimed to improve process execution and management of pricing and contracts.

Qualifications

Be valued for who you are

You will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working within an important business support or contract administrator role. A degree in a business or related discipline is desirable as is a desire to develop in to a key decision support role in the future.

Well organised with attention to detail, you will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, supported by a collaborative attitude and ability to build and manage internal and external relationships at all levels. With analytical and reporting capabilities, you will also have high attention to detail. Ideally you will have strong leadership potential with the initiative to make process improvement recommendations.
