Our commitment to this is demonstrated by the expansion of our Professional Education team, which has resulted in the creation of the newly created position of Strategic Professional Education Manager.

Be vital in this role

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership of the clinical/medical education department, the strategic development of the key education programs and lead in the implementation of these strategies to achieve business goals.

You will partner with thought leaders and academic institutions as well as internal and external stakeholders in order to drive initiatives. You will be a strong advocate of medical education and represent the company in the development of programs with input from industry leaders and partners.

We are seeking true leader with previous management experience who is innovative with exceptionally high EQ. You will be someone who can Connect, Lead, Shape, and Deliver. In addition, you will have:

  • Proven advanced Project Management skills

  • Proven people manager with exemplary teamwork and leadership skills

  • Strategic thinker with experience in digital marketing, branding and communications experience in Professional Education, medical device sales or marketing;

  • strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into implementation and flawless execution;

  • excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage strong business relationships with key external partners; and

  • sound financial acumen with skills in managing projects within specified budgets.

Tertiary qualifications in business, health science or a related field will be highly regarded.
