Be Vital in this role:

Are you self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline driven environment? If so you could be our next Territory Sales Manager for New South Wales. We have a Maternity Cover role available and reporting to the National Sales Manager you’ll have the opportunity to work across our full suite of products within the Visioncare range and to bring the ACUVUE® brands to life with Eye Care Professionals. This is a role which will see you learn, develop, influence, teach and thrive if you have the right attitude and are driven to succeed.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn and apply a depth of knowledge in contact lenses and ocular health.

  • Call on Optometry practices to develop and maintain close relationships with healthcare professionals

to ensure their clinical and business requirements are being met by the company

  • Work with the National Sales Manager, Brand Manager and Professional Affairs Manager to develop long-term sales strategies for the territory

  • Represent Johnson & Johnson at relevant conferences and events throughout Australia

  • Manage data to develop territory plans that achieve our marketing objectives by:

  • Defining and executing sales goals and objectives

  • Reviewing and analyzing performance against goals and objectives

  • Liaison with key professional organisations such as CCLSA


Be valued for who you are:

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Territory Manager in Health Care, but you may have worked within an optometrist type environment and are looking to progress into sales. You will be collaborative in your approach and enjoy working individually and as part of a team. You will have the ability to connect with and influence customers in order to drive our rich pipeline of innovative products. You will have tertiary qualifications and ideally experience selling in a clinical setting, with familiarity and ability to interpret clinical papers.
