What is the role?
Based in Sydney, we are now actively recruiting a Service Delivery Manager. Responsible for leading a team of technical staff in direct support of clients’ systems. The Service Delivery Manager will assist the Service Manager with management processes, client liaison, business development with a designated customer set and coordination of the resources of his/her team in support of new project works, system support and small works undertaken by the branch. A key facet of the role is to build upon Schneider Electric Buildings reputation for excellent customer service, and to identify opportunities to build upon the business conducted with each of the designated client set. Reporting to the Manager of Services your key responsibilities will include:
Prime point of contact for a pre-designated list of clients including dealing with queries regarding scheduling of site attendance and setting priorities for client site support.
Source additional small works and customer support tasks. Maximise the revenue generated from existing clients, preserving strong commercial margins.
Identify opportunities for additional new project works on client sites and pass on details to the sales staff within the branches. Work with sales staff to ensure that client relationships are leveraged to best effect.
Develop strong business relationships with customer support clients.
Prepare and present a comprehensive sales budget and operating budgets annually, in accordance with company guidelines and timetable to ensure team profitability.

Experience in a service department
Strong organizational, team development skills
Good understanding of controls, Security & Access, computers and electronics
