About the role An exciting opportunity for an entry level Claims Administrator has become available to work in the Marsh Advantage team in Melbourne. The role provides a great career foundation and exposure to a global insurance leader. This motivated and highly professional team are looking for an individual committed to providing outstanding support to their large telecommunications client.
Key Responsibilities As a Claims Administrator you will support the wider local team in an administrative capacity, as well as manage escalated claims from our centralised off shore team. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to the team of 5 in Melbourne Data entry Lodgement of claims Investigation into complex claims Reporting into Excel Ad hoc logistical management Contributing to the achievement of Marsh Client Operations Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators Collaborating with colleagues throughout Marsh business to deliver a high standard of Client experience.

Experience working within the telecommunications industry would be highly advantageous Previous experience processing claims or data entry Good knowledge of systems as this role uses 12 different systems Intermediate level competency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Benefits of working at Marsh
