About the role
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence key stakeholders and drive in-store execution.
The Territory Manager position is where many of our senior and global managers began their Colgate careers and we are committed to developing our future talent into our business leaders of tomorrow. The role would be based in Sydney's Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs and would involve a quarterly regional trip to Tamworth and surrounding areas.
Within your first twelve months of the Territory Manager role you will:
Undergo a comprehensive induction and training program, learning about the company, culture and role
Develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
Begin preparing for future roles through completing development projects in both peer group teams and individually
Undergo world class Colgate internal sales training to build on your influence and negotiation skills
Be given the tools and opportunity grow your territory, optimise distribution and develop strong customer relationships
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is eager to kick-start their commercial career and is serious about career progression. We are looking for candidates that have completed a relevant degree within the previous 3 years and have up to 2 years of professional work experience. You would need to be a Self Starter, motivated to achieve great results and work autonomously. You must have a valid driver's licence and Australian work rights to be considered for this opportunity.
