Within our Quality department, an opportunity for an Analytical Team Lead is available. Reporting into the Analytical Manager, you will have approximately 7 chemists reporting into you. Your team focuses on raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods testing. In addition to the coordination of day-day testing, you will run our Analytical training program, you will be the Analytical representative for site strategic projects and you play a pivotal role in (external and internal) audits. You are expected to up-skill your team and have a critical impact on people development.

To be successful in the role, you will bring:

  • Degree in (analytical) chemistry or related

  • At least 4 years experience in an Analytical QC laboratory

  • A background in pharmaceutical, contract manufacturing, or contract labs

  • Expertise in GLP/GMP, knowledge of PICS

  • Proven leadership experience
