Job Summary

As the Equipment Order Coordinator you are responsible for Sales Area APAC Forecast-Order-Delivery process (FOD) for underground equipment. This role is reporting to Business Line Manager Underground Drills and based in Perth.

Key responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Compile rolling equipment forecast for up to 18 months

  • Creation of stock order opportunities within CRM & Sales Tools

  • Manage stock order levels against allocated/ approved levels

  • Track ordered units progress and liaise with freight forwarder with respect to delivery

  • Maintenance of the CRM by parenting the factory orders to customer orders

  • Manage conflicting priorities

  • FOD Reporting responsibilities

  • Communicate with other territories in APAC

  • Monitor and analyze the quality of orders and order changes

  • Coordinate and facilitate equipment pre-delivery planning

  • Support Account Managers and Technical Sales representatives equipment forecasting, planning and scoping

    Your Profile

    You will be an organized self-starter with high level computer and analytical skills. You will have good attention to detail and you are comfortable in a dynamic and fast changing environment. Experience in CRM systems would be an advantage as well as knowledge of the mining industry, logistics, and supply chain operations. Previous experience with reporting is desirable. You are team player with good interpersonal skills
