As the HR Business Partner for Samsung Australia, you will act as an employee champion and change agent. Your focus will be on assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions and implementing HR initiatives to drive performance and engagement.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a consultant to senior managers and provide subject matter advice on organisational design, workforce and succession planning as well as resolving complex employee relations issues.
Key to the HR Business Partner role is to formulate partnerships across Samsung Electronics to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years working experience as a HR Business Partner within a large complex environment. We are wanting to hear about your proven experience in demonstrating your expertise in implementing effective and strategic operational HR Programs. You will also be highly skilled and experienced in:
Policy development and implementation
Culture and change leadership for significant human resources initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Retention strategies
Performance Improvement, organisational development and knowledge management
A degree in Human Resources or related discipline is essential.
