Position

Reporting to the General Manager and working in close collaboration with the marketing team at TAG Heuer Head Quarters in Switzerland, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the full marketing program for TAG Heuer in Australia and New Zealand. Hands-on experience required:• Event Management across a wide scope - from small activations to high profile events• Media Planning across all facets of media including digital – display, SEM and social media, OOH, print and TV• Retail and trade Marketing experience in loyalty programs, events, VM & display• Budget Management, experience with SAP system software preferableEvents & Activations: Together with the marketing team in TAG Heuer HQ you will plan and manage an intensive calendar of events and activations across sponsorship, PR, retail, and trade marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business objectives and ROI are met for each event.Media Planning:Reporting to the GM and Media Director in Switzerland, you will work with the appointed Media Agency to manage the full media plan for TAG Heuer in ANZ, carefully managing each media execution and negotiating strong media outcomes.PR:Reporting to the GM and PR Director in Switzerland you will be responsible to driving key PR outcomes for TAG Heuer in ANZ across both digital and printTrade Marketing:Working with the relevant teams, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of global trade marketing guidelines and tools across all authorized dealers for TAG Heuer in ANZ. You will work with the Account Management Team to implement coop programs across media and events.Retail Marketing:Working with the Retail Manager you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the global retail marketing guidelines across the five TAG Heuer boutiques in ANZ including the CRM program, visual merchandising, media activities and events. E-Commerce Working with the team in Switzerland you will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that directly drive the business objectives for e-commerce.Budget Management:Reporting to the GM and the finance teams locally and in Switzerland, you will be responsible for managing the full marketing budget for TAG Heuer in ANZ.

Profile

Managing a team of three in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will need at least three years’ experience in a senior all-round marketing role. The successful candidate will be agile, adaptable, experienced in high pressure environments, and possess strong relationship skills. Impeccable attention to detail with a can-do attitude is essential. A university qualification with a graduate degree in business marketing is required, and the successful candidate must understand marketing for a luxury brand.
