We are embarking on a major ICT program in WA and are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team on an initial 4 month contract.

Immediate start required.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparation and maintenance of work plans through liaison with Program & Project Managers to capture their resource requirements.

  • Capture and distribute minutes of project meetings. Follow up on action items.

  • Assisting with the preparation of project documentation.

  • Maintaining project risk & issue registers.

  • Preparation of Project Status Reports, and end of month PMO reporting

  • Assisting with the management of project financials – validate timesheets, update financial trackers, and monitor project spend.

  • Reviewing, collating and consolidating project status reports – preparing other reports as required – assisting with budget tracking and reporting for projects.

  • Assisting Project Managers with initiation of Projects – follow up and management.

  • Maintaining a register of all staff and vendors associated with projects – facilitating regular review meetings to identify and manage risks, issues and change requests.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Previous experience in a program coordination role including an understanding of project financials

  • The ability to produce effective reports

  • Strong desire to learn

  • A ‘can do’ attitude

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to adapt new systems

  • Confidence with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
