Agilent Technologies, Inc. QMS Process Specialist in Australia
Agilent Life Sciences and Applied Markets Group(LSAG) Quality organization is looking for a QMS Process Specialist to manage critical processes in its QMS infrastructure such as CAPA, document control and QMS Document Matrix. This specialist will be responsible to manage development, execution, training/consulting, and continuous improvement of those QMS processes.
The main responsibilities and objectives will be the following:
Align and develop the Document Control and CAPA processes with Enterprise RA/QA and other quality organizations
Define LSAG implementation of Document Control and CAPA processes, which may include the development of LSAG level of SOPs or Work Instructions
Provide training and consultancy to LSAG team on the Document Control and CAPA processes
Manage and monitor the process executions inside LSAG, and drive continuous improvement, which may include developing performance measurement metrics, generating routine management reports, initiating and leading actions/projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency, etc.

Bachelors, Masters or University Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific/Technical discipline.
A minimum of 3-5 years relevant professional experience.
Profound knowledge of Quality Management System Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Medical and Device Regulations (FDA QSR, IVD directive, …).
Good understanding of process development and improvement
Good understanding of document management process and CAPA process.
Optimistic, eager, forward-looking and open attitude that supplements our team.
Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and is able to lead, collaborate and work effectively in teams across different businesses, functions and geographies
Self-organized and independent work style with strong customer focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage several issues in parallel while keeping focus on priority and due dates.
Strong influencing skills paired with project management/leadership skills.
Willingness to work globally within different time zones
Advanced knowledge and/or certifications of QMS standards (e.g. auditor qualification)
Profound knowledge of data management and collaboration systems
Understands and effectively interacts with the different levels of an organization
