General Description

This position is a Senior role within the Samsung Business framework, considered the 2IC position to the Director of Air Conditioning (Head of Department) responsible for the implementation and execution of AC’s RTM Marketing Strategy & Operational support to the business (Sales & Business).. Managing and leading a team focused on delivering Marketing Strategy & Execution plans, Operational Support and Management. This role provides strategic direction and leadership in both channel, B2B and marketing support function to grow and develop sales and business partner relationships.

This role has 3 key areas of responsibility. This (not in order of priority) includes supervision and oversight of:

  • Overall Channel Marketing Management

  • Sales & Business Operational Support

  • Marketing and Insight delivery

Necessary Skills / Attributes

  • Degree in Marketing or a Business discipline

  • Proven track record in Channel Strategy and Development

  • Experience in Channel Strategy Development and Execution Plans

  • Understanding the external market and making strategic decisions based on market direction and futures

  • Channel marketing experience highly desirable

  • 5yrs+ Operations Management

  • 5yrs+ People Management experience
