As a people advisory services advisor, you will design and deliver insights driven change strategies to assist our clients to address key business challenges, attract and retain the very best talent, fuelling future growth and sustainable transformation.

About the opportunity
As a Manager in our People Advisory Services Practice you will work with leading organisations to help them navigate change, deliver business outcomes and realise the investments from their change programs
Combining technical change management skills, project and programme experience and business problem solving capabilities enables our practitioners to support our clients to design and deliver effective change.
As a part of multi-disciplinary teams with exposure to a broad range of clients, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your existing change and business readiness capabilities by working with experts in organisational design, change management, HR Transformation, talent management, culture and leadership.
In your role you will:
Create contemporary change strategies and plans to fit project needs
Bring innovative insights for clients on what drives and embeds change
Build client networks and relationships
Use your knowledge and experience to shape our services to meet client problems
Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues
Manage projects and small teams to deliver quality outcomes
We are currently looking for exceptional people with specific experience in change management, HR transformation and Organisational Design at the project, portfolio and enterprise levels, and with experience in large scale organisational transformation.
