We are currently looking for a new Senior Commercial Effectiveness Analyst to join our Commercial Effectiveness team in Sydney. This would be a great opportunity for someone with solid commercial analytical skills to allow and assist the specialty management teams make informed strategic decisions.
Reporting to the Commercial Effectiveness Manager, this role is responsible for helping to drive the Specialty Care teams’ strategic and operational needs by providing analysis of various data sets required for the normal course of Business, provide insights and work closely with other cross functional teams such as specialty sales teams, business intelligence, marketing and IT.
Key accountabilities include:
Utilise analytical & influencing skills on projects as required by the business around Key Customer & Account identification, prioritisation & reporting
Understand and deliver Specialty area requirements pertaining to sales / activity reporting and other data sets
Manages the Specialty Care BAU customer profiling process with the sales force & internal system owners
Support Commercial Effectiveness team as backup across various BAU and projects as required
Investigate field force data anomalies and develop analyses to measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization
Ensure successful implementation of system enhancements and business solutions aligned with current strategies
Effectively collaborate internal and external partners to drive further enhancements of business tools
To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrate significant experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical, biotech or diagnostics
Hands on experience in working with IMS or related pharmaceutical data
Working knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand pharmaceutical environments and hospitals
Tertiary qualification in related field
Ability to manages cyclicality of work demands and plans for peaks and troughs
Ability to manage and influence stakeholder expectations
Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to manage large quantities of data
