About the role

An exciting, permanent opportunity has arisen for a Service Solutions Analyst to be accountable for administration and co-ordination of activities to setup and maintain sales tools for NEC’s Sales teams. This enables the team to easily and accurately price and sell support services (Maintenance and Managed Services) across all of NEC Australia’s solution portfolio.

This is a key reporting focused role to support Service Delivery staff, Performance manager, line managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the National Solutions Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Administration and co-ordination of services pricing in line with pricing policies within eSales studio, SAP, NECare configurator or any other corporate system pricing tools as introduced from time to time

  • Assist solution managers with the administration and co-ordination of sales tools such as brochures, case studies, online content and systems (NECare online), service description and terms & conditions.

  • Pro-actively work with key partners to manage pricing and changes, including the point of escalation for partner enquiries.

  • Maintain version control of all department procedures documentation, EOL/EOS announcements.

  • Co-ordinate the preparation of newsletter (EDM) for internal and external distribution

  • Provide assistance to with the renewals and upgrade program as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly driven professional with broad exposure to ICT Managed services environments. You will be customer focused with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Solution Marketing background, understand and read new market trends, experience in business development and creation of new solutions

  • Specific Business Knowledge: Understanding of product/solutions business, support structures and processes, business reporting

  • Sound skills in using a range of computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities and work to deadlines

  • Proven time management and attention to detail

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing
