Can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Sydney

Due to ongoing growth within our Contact Centre practice, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Solution Architect to take a technical role in the implementation of contact centre solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide key technical input into the design and implementation of contact centre solutions, and be a key resource in planning, installing and testing in an ITIL environment, which may require changes after hours in scheduled change windows.
Engage a distributed team to implement the required infrastructure to support call centre applications, across network, server, storage, database and other required domains. Work with domain leads and technical architects in delivering outcomes,
Translate customer requirements into quality designs, and produce required high and detailed level design documentation.
Effectively communicate with different stakeholders including technical and non-technical.
Skills / Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Genesys experience, call centre support or VoIP experience.
Experience (3+years) working as a Genesys engineer designing and implementing solutions for customers based on requirements.
Required experience with some of the following Genesys technologies:
Genesys Routing (IRD) or Orchestration
Genesys eServices (Chat, email, SMS, Social Media)
Desired experience with some other technologies:
Call Recording (NICE, Verint or Zoom)
Workforce Management (Aspect WFM or NICE IEX WFM)
NEC or Cisco Enterprise Voice
