The opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Manager to

our internal Talent Sourcing team in Sydney or Perth (preferred), Melbourne or

Brisbane. Sourcing great candidates isn’t always easy, and in this role you’ll

need to be creative and comfortable speaking with both active and passive

candidates. This is a permanent role and a great opportunity for you to

learn new skills, build on your career, and manage your own talent sourcing

portfolio and stakeholders. It’s a rewarding role that will stretch you on a

daily basis, within a fun and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities

The Talent Sourcing team work closely with our

internal recruitment team on senior, strategic and/or hard-to-fill roles, and

also talent pool and pipeline candidates for our medium and longer term business

needs. We are aligned to growth areas within the firm and operate across

Oceania (particularly Australia and New Zealand).


Skills and attributes forsuccess

  • Experience inproactive talent sourcing or executive search

  • Outstandingrelationship management skills and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent Booleanand search skills

  • Comfortable workingin a fast paced and constantly changing environment

  • Able to workautonomously and manage your own talent pools and portfolio of work

To qualify for the role youshould

  • Be comfortablemaking cold calls to prospective candidates

  • Be able tosearch for passive candidates and produce quality longlists, utilising avariety of sourcing channels

  • Build strongrelationships with internal stakeholders

  • Have excellentcandidate engagement and relationship management skills

  • Be excitedabout working with a great team who work hard together to exceed our individualand group targets
