PositionSummary:

An exciting

opportunity has arisen for an outstanding National Technical Support Manager to join our Technical Support Team.

This role will be based at our Auburn Head Office and will be reporting to the Service Improvement & FBS ManagerANZ . As an

experienced Technical Support Leader, you will be responsible for providing

excellent technical support to our oil company clients and fuel station based

customers. Your primary focus will be leading a small national technical

support team who provide technical support across a range of products to

customers and service technicians.

In order to

maintain our reputation as the market leader in the supply and service of

products and services to the petroleum industry the role calls for a

self-motivated person with a strong technical background; combined with the

energy to meet the demands of our fast paced environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead asmall national technical team who provide technical support across a rangeof hardware and software products.

  • Remainaware of new product developments and technology providing input andtactical direction to the business on customer service and supportchallenges.

  • Provideremote diagnosis support to customer’s and technicians when available.

  • Develop andconduct end user training to assist in the successful implementation ofapplications and maintenance of systems.

  • Maintain adynamic knowledge base of technical solutions using our learningmanagement system (Litmos).

  • Monitor andreport on customer satisfaction, ensuring feedback is translated to opportunitiesfor improvement.

  • Liaisonwith the internal functions including sales, product management,engineering, network operations, provisioning and other service functions

  • Ability towork independently and cohesively in a team

  • Strongstakeholder management skills

  • Strongcommunication skills (written & verbal)

  • Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability toprioritise workload and handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Technicalexperience in products and services related to the petroleum industry
