We have a fantastic opportunity in Melbourne for an experienced Lifecycle Support Services (LSS) Solution Architect to join our team.

This position will be responsible to provision LSS Estimates and Proposals by managing multiple pursuits across customer accounts, facilitating and developing engineered solutions as per agreed customer scope or LSS strategy requirements.

This person needs to work and coordinate with Sales Management, Sales Account Managers, LSS Leaders (FSM/SBM), LSS Marketing / Solutions Consultants, Field Service Specialists (FSS) and the P&E Estimation Front and Back-office in making the proposal / estimate.

Key areas of responsibility include;

  • Communicate technical concepts/solutions to internal and external customers in an easily understood manner
  • Using detailed customer specifications and requirements, prepare Scope of Work (SOW) / RFQ as needed to identify required proposal content.

  • Manage assigned task effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Understand the scope and fit aligning the LSS organizational strategy

  • Work and coordinate with Sales Management, Sales Account Managers, LSS Leaders (FSM/SBM), LSS Marketing / Solutions Consultants, Field Service Specialists (FSS) and the P&E Estimation Front and Back-office in making the proposal / estimate.
  • Work with Sales and Service personnel to gather required site data
  • Validate combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials and services that fulfil the SOW and deliver maximum value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objective

Ideally you will have significant experience in a similar role in the process system environment and be educated to degree level in an Engineering discipline. Experience with HPS (LSS/ P&AS/ Sales) is highly regarded.
