Located in Adelaide, an excellent opportunity now exists for an experienced Account Business Management Professional to join our dedicated and high performing team. In this senior role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Account Business Office for a Tier 1 Federal Government account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Customer Business Interface for an account on a daily basis

  • Invoice review and management of any invoice exceptions/issues

  • Assessment of Contract scope change requests

  • Management of Escalated contract issues

  • Assessment of new service requests and recommendations

  • Management or Contract deliverables/Business commitment management

  • Responsible for scheduling and driving the monthly Account Business Reviews

  • Manages the interlock with Global Procurement (GP) for upcoming vendor contract requests

  • Ensure required cost controls, financial treatment and business processes are setup and managed

  • Ensure ongoing management of the Business Commitments and/or Contract Deliverables on an account

  • Create, drive and contribute to account margin improvement opportunities and record these within the Improve Actions, in Action Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  • Drive plans and work alongside account leadership

  • Responsible for the account business risk

  • Accountable for the internal billing data collection process and accurate end-to-end (E2E) Customer Billing and Invoicing

  • Provides quality data and shared information across the P&L process by managing a series of key ABO processes
