Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for providing oversight and management of assigned programs, encompassing establishment, monitoring and reporting of programs, pricing of minor change proposals, monthly reporting and compliance to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Set up of new projects on Financial Systems Monitor program financial performance Timely and accurate sales and cash forecasting Managing the development of Estimates at Completion (EAC's) and Program Management Reviews (PMR's) Ensure accuracy and completeness in recording project expenditure and that subsidiary ledgers reconcile to control accounts Provide guidance and financial oversight to the pricing of the business opportunities within guidelines issued by the CFO and the Senior Manager - Estimating and Pricing Skills, Experiences and Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting Minimum of 2 years experience since degree qualified Demonstrated unde5rstanding of financial accounting, government accounting and analytical and estimating techniques Understanding of applicable business and accounting systems Previous experience in defence industry would be highly regarded Experience in transforming complete data into concise and key information for leadership decision-making Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance At Raytheon Australia we respect the value of military service.
