About the role:

This exciting and critical role manages all our supplier quality audits, locally and internationally. Responsible for end to end management of audit compliance and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Lead Kellogg’s internal audits for the Asia Pacific region

  • Drive compliance against the audit criteria ensuring QFS issues are investigated and verified on site

  • Deliver all audit assignments and outcome reports as per program schedule and business priority.

  • Proactively manage the audit scheduling, agenda, training the site Quality team with an auditor lens and support suppliers to develop corrective actions

  • Drive 100% close out of critical and major non-conformances from audit findings and monitor remediation progress

  • Support Innovation on qualify new co-manufacturing sites and suppliers.

Skills, experience & attributes sought:

  • Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline such as Food Science, Grain Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or Chemistry.

  • Demonstrated background with minimum 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance including minimum 2 years’ experience in the Food industry auditing techniques

  • GFSI recognized certification auditing skill preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy that will promote good relations with suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Pro-active, pragmatic thinker and action oriented

  • Strong team player working in a multi-functional team to achieve results and also has the ability to work independently.

  • High attention to detail and delivering quality output

  • Flexible on travelling
