Job Summary

  • To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product and services including room types, relative features, food & beverage outlets, and guest facilities along with any packages and promotions within the hotel.

  • To be fully aware of the hotel’s selling strategy, rates and booking status.

  • To be fully competent in Group inventory management, ensuring inventory is properly maintained, through meeting Sales Executives on a weekly basis.

  • Process and maintain Group allocations and rooming lists. Record any changes and pass on all information accurately to all departments concerned.

  • Process deposits for Group Reservations ensure full prepayment is due prior to the group check-in

  • Have a good understanding of Front Office, Concierge and Sales & Marketing operations and how they relate to Group Reservations

  • Ensure group blocks are built in MARSHA, Configuration and OXI. Daily monitoring of Group PM accounts to ensure accuracy of postings.

  • Process Group Commissions on a monthly basis

  • Check all Group PM accounts and ensure payment is processed accordingly.

  • Assist with any data input as required

  • Attend weekly Operations Meeting.

  • Prepare Group Resume’s and distribute to all Departments ensuring all group requirements are in place prior to Group arrival.

  • The Hotel requires that you will follow established Workplace Health and Safety rules and regulations and demonstrate duty of care to all of our associates.

  • Perform any other duties as requested by Senior Management.
