Service culture and we are looking forpeople truly passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomesto join our team at ourCustomer Care teamin Bundall.Our Customer Care team are there to support customers who haven’t had the right experience and their primary role is to ensure we not only recover negative situations but leave our customers with a positive experience that has them saying great things about their Customer Care interaction.
Our Customer Care team also provide coaching & support to our customer facing leaders across the business in managing complex customer situations on a first to know, first to fix basis.
