Job Summary

You will be a client focused and customer service orientated Account Manager, with the ability to find solutions to any facilities problems. You will comply with AECOM’s Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) policy by adopting work practices that support SH&E programs; taking reasonable care for own health and safety and that of others; seeking guidance for all new or modified work procedures; ensuring that any hazardous conditions, near misses and injuries are reported immediately; and participating in meetings, training and other SH&E activities as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills Both Oral and Written;

  • Proven experience leading a facilities team delivering both hard and soft services

  • Client focused - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external clients)

  • Effective time management and prioritizing skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in using Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders, work order history, job status and repair costs

  • Safety conscious with ability to provide leadership to the broader team

  • Ability to be on call and organize emergency repairs if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an agile working environment is preferred

  • Qualifications in a related engineering discipline is desirable

  • Relevant customer facing Facilities experience is highly regarded

  • Be proficient with the use of IT applications such as Maximo, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office
