Key responsibilities:

  1. Supports the Talent Team and the Oceania business within EY by:
  • Providing administrative support with Year-End Review performance management processes

  • Downloading and distributing Year-End Review talent reports to relevant stakeholders

  • Conducting an analysis into Year-End Review performance data

  • Assisting with creating and distributing firm wide communications

  • Administering follow up processes where required

  • Answering ad hoc queries from staff and Partners relating to the performance management technology platform

  • Providing administrative support to assist in the delivery of the annual remuneration process

  • Coordinating and collating remuneration data

  • Assisting with remuneration data integrity checking

  • Assisting with letter production processes

  • Coordinating late changes to remuneration data

  • Providing administrative support on other Talent Team projects as required

  • Understanding both the Talent Team and Talent Shared Services strategies and how the teams support Ernst & Young and their business.

  • Escalating risks to the Oceania Core HR Team Leader or the Talent Support Team project managers as appropriate

  • Working with relevant Oceania support teams, e.g. Talent Development teams, HR Systems teams, IT etc. to achieve deliverables

  • Adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing regular query updates to customers and stakeholders

  1. Supports the management of HR data in HRIS by:
  • Providing accurate HR data advice and support

  • Understanding the relationship between the entry of data within EY’s technology and systems, and the use and provision of that data

  • Escalating errors and issues to TSS Consultants, Core HR Team Leader or Talent Support Team as appropriate

  • Understanding and providing accurate and timely advice to employees and the wider Talent Team regarding employee data and how the Firm’s procedures and policies relate to the execution of talent transactions

Team orientation and communication

Supports other TSS Coordinators, TSS Consultants and the TST effectively by:

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to develop process improvements to gain efficiencies and contribute to Exceptional Client Service (ECS)

  • Taking on “Champion” role for assigned projects and/or processes and keeping stakeholders up to date on status and any key changes/updates

  • Contributing to team meetings by sharing knowledge, ideas and successes to enable ECS

  • Actively contributing to any change management initiatives that the Core HR team or wider TSS is undertaking

Stakeholder relationships

Effectively manages relationships with all stakeholders by:

  • Building TSS brand, including ensuring all interactions with employees and Partners are of a professional nature and delivers ECS in relation to their query

  • Building solid relationships with HRBPs, Talent Leadership and other key contacts within CBS functions to inspire confidence in stakeholders when managing queries and executing tasks

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

Qualifications

Certificate or degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline

Knowledge

  • Strong time management skills and ability manage a high volume of queries

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large data sources
