Description

Nike Pacific is currently looking for a part time Payroll Officer to provide their services to Nike as a consultant for 6 months.

Initially the service required of you will be to process the fortnightly retail payroll for Australia, New Zealand and the Hurley subsidiary of Nike, however over time your focus will broaden to all aspects of end-to-end payroll for Asia Pacific.

Your main responsibilities will initially include;

  • Process and prepare payrolls ensuring compliance with relevant Award and legislative requirements

  • Process accurate and timely termination payments

  • Set up new starters on both Payroll and Superannuation systems

  • Respond to staff payroll queries

  • Assist in ensuring required payroll procedures are documented and maintained to reflect current processes

  • Ad-hoc administration as required

For this partnership to flourish you will have previous payroll processing experience, whilst a working knowledge of Preceda and Kronos is desirable. Proficiency in Excel, exceptional communication skills, strong problem solving ability and the confidence to work with limited supervision will set you apart from the rest!
