As the Sales Operations Administrator you will provide support to the Retail Sales teams to achieve sales targets and growth. Specifically, this role is accountable for: Maintaining trade investment agreements which includes review of promotional activity and ROI Accurate input of accruals into the systemProviding reporting and analysis support to the Retail Sales team for daily, weekly and monthly sales reportsMaintaining SAP and GS 1 data to ensure data integrity Process customer claimsProcess improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiencySupport the Sales team through the maintenance of Sales Forecasting spreadsheets To be successful in this role you will have extensive administrative abilities, preferably within a FMCG or retail sales environment.You will be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and think on your feet while having strong attention to detail and knowledge of SAP (or similar), strong Excel skills and a good knowledge of all Microsoft Office software.In addition, the ideal candidate will have high levels of energy, an openness to learning, the ability to take the initiative, while also being able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.A Business degree and GS1 is desirable, though not essential.
