We are seeking a talented individual for the fantastic opportunity of Victorian Service Leader for our Productivity Products business.

Responsibilities:

As Service Leader – Victoria, you will hold direct responsibility for all aspects of the service business in Victoria with direct reporting line responsibility of the Victorian Service Operational Leaders. You will be responsible for its financial performance and delivery of growth resulting in increased volume and revenue year on year and be a champion for service growth through connected services. You will ensure that the Victorian service business transitions effectively to an outcome based service delivery model through effective management of work load, improvement of processes and systems, team management, client liaison and escalation, and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service.

You will need:

To be successful in this exciting role you will hold technical qualifications i.e. Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with strong computer skills and a good grasp of IT networking. You will have significant experience in a leadership role within the industry and your strong technical knowledge of and experience with productivity products and solutions will ensure your success in this vital role. You will also demonstrate financial acumen; exceptional staff management; process improvement skills and strong project management experience within a related business.

This is a terrific opportunity for an energetic Service Management professional with strong communications and customer relationship skills who wishes to build their career within a global market leader.
