As an integral part of the Customer Service Group, you will join a rapidly growing and commercially successful team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers. Reporting to the Senior Director, this is an opportunity to grow your existing leadership skills managing a large team providing services and support to our ANZ customer base.
Your key objective in this role is to enhance and grow the capability of your team, identify and implement value add services to our customer base.
The Role will involve:
Day to day management responsibility
Managing technical resolution of customer Issues within agreed standards and time frames
Engaging with key customers, negotiating service and support agreements
Identifying opportunities for growth and securing them
Driving a Safety Culture within your teams
Managing profit & loss of your department to achieve revenue, gross margin and EBIT targets We are looking for an experienced manager, passionate about customer service delivery and developing the service team to deliver superior customer value. Demonstrated experience in managing a customer service business
Qualifications/degree in IT systems
Successful track record in managing teams
Experience in P&L management
Demonstrated experience in business process improvement.
Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff.
