Continuing our on-growing growth, we have an exciting senior leadership role within our Productivity Products business.
As Regional Sales Leader – ANZ , you will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability, and managing all aspects of the regional sales and marketing strategy and execution. As part of the ASEAN / ANZ management team you will participate in establishing regional field strategy and maintain and promote company objectives in all activities associated with the company business code of conduct. Further detailed responsibilities will include establishment of annual sales budgets; accurate forecasting and achievement of regional revenues; communication and execution of corporate strategies across the region as well as ensuing consistent, professional business processes and practices.

This is an important leadership role and to be successful you will hold degree level qualifications in a commercial or technical discipline with additional post graduate qualifications being especially favourably looked upon. You will demonstrate strong sales management experience in business to business sales for market leading organisations within related industries – ideally within the data capture industry. Broader IT/ SW business to business executive sales leadership will also be considered and most important will be your clear ability to significantly grow market share and to lead and inspire professional sales teams.
