Are you an experienced Recruiter looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?
As part of the professional and energetic Human Resources team, our recently created in-house Recruitment function is dedicated to growing the talent pipeline and managing the end to end recruitment process for key internal client groups across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment – APAC, this position will be based at our Macquarie Park office.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Delivering an innovative, cost-effective recruitment function to our internal customers
Utilising the latest technology and networks to nurture talent pools to feed the pipeline
Becoming a valued business partner to the internal client groups
Assisting the Recruitment Manager in the development of processes and procedures
Sourcing candidates through multiple channels (including extensive use of our internet related recruiting system)
Qualifying, interviewing and recommending candidates for professional, technical, sales, service and managerial positions
Partnering with managers throughout the recruitment process
Providing insights and recommendations for future staffing needs
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
In-house recruitment experience within a large and matrixed organisation
Exposure to a diverse range of industry sectors
Recruitment experience across a variety of job functions and levels
Highly effective communication skills to interact across a broad spectrum of people and roles
Strong planning and execution ability with a natural attention to detail
Recent relevant experience in leveraging modern recruitment technologies
