About therole:

The Senior Change Communications Manager role provides our business with change communications strategy and plan to drive and improve employee engagement across Kellogg Asia Pacific for significant change projects. Our goal is to create an environment across all of our functions that inspires our employees and drives great outcomes for our people, customers, community and consumers

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Leadthe development of change communication strategies to improve awareness forchange, employee engagement & accountability to support change

  • Create,drive & deliver complex Change Communication Projects on time withinresource allocations

  • Identifyand motivate internal resources to be part of the Change Communications team tohelp achieve results

  • Implementa regular drumbeat of communication for all employees to improve our employeesunderstanding of Company Change Strategy’s and priorities and motivation tochange

  • Partnerclosely with Business Unit Corporate Affairs teams to develop and implementchange programs

  • Lead thedevelopment & implementation of Gender Diversity communication strategiesto improve employee awareness, this includes regular communication to givegreater employee understanding of our Gender Diversity program & benefits

  • Partnerwith Corporate Communications Director to develop materials, talking points forGovernment meetings & engagements

Skills,experience & attributes sought:

  • Demonstratedsuccess in leading Change Communications programs to achieve employeeengagement and morale

  • Good networkand experience in dealing with key internal and external influencing factors

  • Stronginfluencing and alignment skills at a Senior & Middle Management level

  • Demonstratedability to develop relationships with key people within organisation’s as wellas with agencies and consultants

  • Excellentcommunication skills with an eye for attention to detail

  • StrongProject Management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead complex projectsand deliver on time

  • A soundjudgement in interpreting the environment in terms of commercial risk

  • Strength instrategic thinking and business understanding

This roleis a part-time (3 days per week) 12 month fixed term contract
