Role Summary:

Meridium is seeking an expert in asset strategy work processes and methodologies to provide consulting services for a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be well-versed in equipment reliability, maintainability, PM optimization, risk management and building robust maintenance plans based on failure analysis; failure elimination, prevention, prediction and restoration.

Essential Responsibilities:

The candidate must have the ability to analyze the data collected, facilitate failure analysis (RCM, FMEA), make recommendations based on the findings and integrate these recommendations into the customers maintenance work management system.

Essential Responsibilities:

o Responsible for the successful implementation of Meridium work processes and products in the customer sites.

o Apply the Meridium asset strategy work process to customer opportunities using Meridium products.

o Lead RCM/FMEA facilitation and working with customers to successfully implement these recommendations in their work management system.

o Making sure all the functions and modules are successfully marketed within the client companies as well as successfully installed and used.

o Train the client on the Meridium asset strategy work process, software implementation of the work process and the application of the work process.

o Work to develop relationships with client team members and leverage these relationships to help the client achieve success.

o Assist client project teams by helping define and maintain direction, tactfully preventing clients from taking a “wrong turn”.

o Provide unique knowledge to the client through understanding the capabilities of the Meridium applications; understanding the functions of the modules; understanding the various ways to implement our products; learning and understanding their business requirements.

o Accountable for the overall relationship with the client through building relationships; managing client expectations; and understanding goals.

o Accountable for timely and accurate billing.


o 5-10 years experience in Reliability Methodologies.

o 5-10 years experience in RMC/FMEA facilitation and building asset strategies.

o Plant maintenance and/or operations experience a plus

o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills a must.

o Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, technical, or scientific discipline.

o Project Management experience a plus

o Reliability certifications a plus (CRE, CMRP, SSBB, RCM certification, etc.)

o Ability to travel 65%

o Ability to travel internationally.

o Ability to manage multiple customers.

o Desire to learn new software and work processes.
