3P Production and Imports Planner



Lead planning activities for imports and 3P (local) Sourcing, such as, maintaining planning books in SAP. This will require engagement with multiple sourcing entities (such as, UASCC, USCC, 3PM vendors, Regional 3Ps). Continuously improve Supply Chain responsiveness by pushing boundaries on lead times, inventories and processes. Drive reduction in business waste through early identification of slow moving and obsolete stocks. Support the future-proofing of PC Category through fast-track innovations, participating as SC contact in local task force and cluster project meetings.


-Establish strong relationships with Procurement, R&D, Regional Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Key Suppliers to optimise new C4G Ways-of-Working, ensuring the PC goals are met.

-Work closely with sourcing entities to ensure there is sufficient stock for customers whilst holding appropriate amount of inventory.

-Generate inventory outlook and make supply decisions to continuously optimize working capital.

-Manage planning books in SAP (including for NZ), continuously updating sourcing plans and managing shipments/transactions.

-Coordinate with 3P vendors for repacking activities (SFP, Relabelling).

-Support innovation projects and provide supply chain inputs for business case.

-Maintain inventory policy for imported items by constantly reviewing Safety and Cycle stocks.

-Support innovation projects within the portfolio by driving all Supply Chain actions, acting as first point of contact for the Business Team and providing Supply Chain inputs for IPM Gate Documents. Will also be required to join Task Force & Innovations Meetings for such projects.

-In addition to managing the portfolio for imported products, it will be expected to stay updated to the locally sourced products and demand plan changes.

-Ensure that the highest level of Customer Service performance is maintained for the portfolio. Will be expected to provide weekly inputs to the Stock Issues Report to facilitate meaningful conversations and identification of risks.

-Key KPIs - Customer Service, Inventory and Business Waste.

-Drive reduction in business waste through early action planning for proposed deletes, actively driving category teams to clear slow, expiring and obsolete stock. Work with finance and category/customer teams to develop clearance plans for stock at risk. Will be expected to provide necessary inputs into the WORR process.


-SAP Experience (APO, ECC).

-Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Science preferred.

-Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage

-Strong Problem Solving and Analysis

-Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and Microsoft Project)

-Experience in planning is an advantage

-Experience with ERP and finished good planning systems
