Development of sales plans to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within an assigned territory
Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested nonprofit accounts.
Prospect and generate new contractual relationships with nonprofit accounts in Australia and New Zealand
Manage the success, adoption and growth of existing customers.
Consult with and advise large, strategic nonprofit customers resulting in increased adoption, success and expansion.
Manage a large customer base effectively
Evangelise the Salesforce 1-1-1 model of giving back to the wider business and the community
Track record of success (5+ year) in CRM or related business application sales.
Detailed knowledge of SaaS applications (hands on experience with Salesforce preferred).
Familiarity with nonprofit sector in Australia & New Zealand
Passion for helping advance the mission of nonprofit organisations.
Strong interpersonal, demonstration and presentation skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with web based conferencing tools such as Go-To-Meeting, WebEx, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
