Colliers International Accounts Receivable | Real Estate Management in Sydney, Australia

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable to join a new account in our Real Estate Management team, based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Your primary responsibility will be to action large payment runs and email enquiries to support the team.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing scheduled payments in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Action expense adjustments as required.

  • Managing large volumes of emails, responding to supplier and internal client queries.

  • Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver high service standards.

  • Proactively identify process improvements.

In order to succeed in this position you will possess:

  • Degree Qualified

  • Understanding of Financial Principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines.

  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
