In this role, you will provide a range of services that ensures the successful implementation of Project Information Management (PIM) Knowledge Management projects.The key tasks of this role are:Assist clients in the ANZ region to implement our PIM software.Provide business and systems consultancy aligning the application to the clients’ operation.Use software development skills to configure the application to satisfy the different needs of the client at a level appropriate to their ability.Support the client throughout the implementation and with on-going requests for change during live phasesWork with the Project Manager ensuring plans are set and met and scope is controlled.Liaise with the internal PIM teams to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction is achieved.2-3 days per week will be spent travelling as part of this role so you will need to be mobile.Work Location:Sydney, Australia Qualifications:To be successful in this role we would love you to have the following: At least 5 years’ experience of delivering complex IT change management projects. Experience of accounting systems would be advantageous. You will be technically competent, or have a strong learning aptitude in this area, and have proven experience and the ability to demonstrate the following:Business analysis and requirement gathering in relation to software application implementationsPrior practical experience and interest in development technologies such as ASP, ASPX, SQL Server Management Studio (or similar), HTML, VB, VBA Assisting clients with planning and managing changeStrong people and communication skillsThe ability to build a network of relationships at all levels within an organization, whilst able to communicate credibly and sympatheticallyBeing confident and respected by colleagues and clientsPossessing gravitas and credibilityBeing strong and resourceful when necessary and having a proven ability to confront, negotiate with and influence people up to Director levelUnderstanding of client business drivers and what constitutes satisfaction as well as an appreciation of the potential commercial value of successful projects
