Colliers International CRM Application Support Analyst | Microsoft Dynamics in Sydney, Australia
Due to an internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a new or experienced CRM Application Support to join our dedicated CRM team based in our head office in the Sydney CBD. Reporting to the CRM Product Manager and with the support of our CRM Developer, you will provide day to day support for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM across Australia and New Zealand.
The CRM development roadmap is based on feedback from our staff involves enhancing productivity and integrations with innovative new platforms.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting of support requests for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrated products & websites
Understanding the needs of the business and proposing change requests
Testing new development work with the CRM Developer and third parties
Providing hands on service to key stakeholders
Ensuring adequate documentation is developed and maintained on all key systems and processes
Opportunity to develop and enhance CRM customisations
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing support to business users
Ideally a minimum of 1 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and above
Ability to understand end-users needs and propose solutions
Experience in configuring, importing and exporting data, and interfacing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
A customer centric approach and keen eye for detail and process
