Colliers International In-house Recruitment Consultant in Sydney, Australia

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our national Careers team and be based in Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Director of Careers and working as part of a national team of 6, you will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment for the Real Estate Management business line nationally, including:

  • General Managers for Major buildings

  • Centre Managers for retail shopping centres

  • Portfolio managers for either office, industrial, or retail assets

  • Property managers

  • Engineers/Building Operations Managers for major buildings

  • Facilities managers

  • Property finance professionals

  • This is a proactive recruitment team with a near 100% direct fill rate. The working environment is high-performing, collaborative, corporate, and fun.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in a 360 degree recruitment role working on white collar/professional-level assignments. Agency experience will be highly valued, and internal recruitment experience a bonus.
