Position Description:

The Senior Enterprise Field Marketing Expert is charged with driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration to an enterprise audience through an innovative mix of marketing programs. The key objective is to plan and execute integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and assist in converting sales opportunities into closed business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Enterprise marketing team to plan and execute the annual and quarterly marketing plan for the region in conjunction with local, regional and global management

  • Owns the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan for the ANZ Enterprise segment in conjunction with local, regional and global management, including budgeting and ensuring that the plan meets pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Budgetary responsibility including forecast planning, management, reporting and auditing

  • Work with local sales leaders to determine the key marketing needs based on the business priorities of the local team, and formulate a local plan to support those needs

  • Work with product management and global marketing to support the Go-To-Market launch process with local messaging.

  • Develop and execute direct marketing plans designed to generate leads, maximize conversion rates and generate sales demand among prospects and within the customer base

Experience & Qualification:

  • 10 years’ experience in developing and executing successful marketing and demand generation campaigns in the Enterprise space

  • Experience of leading, motivating and developing marketing teams

  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into marketing plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, influence and facilitate cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.

  • Proven track record in achieving marketing and pipeline goals

  • Proven track record in great alignment with sales leadership

  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Marketing automation (Marketo) and Salesforce experience beneficial, but not essential
