In this role you will be immersed in eBay’s Seller Marketing & Engagement activities helping to engage, scale and optimise online businesses on eBay. The role will involve cross functional initiatives and projects that will give you exposure to how the eBay marketplace operates and generates value to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) and online retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Seller Engagement programs, activities and events

  • Deliver Seller Promotions that drive GMV for eBay and optimised sales for Sellers

  • Deliver creative, copy & content for Seller communications including emails, on site assets and videos

  • Work with data and insights to optimise performance of communications and promotions.

  • Partner cross functionally to execute on SMB focussed projects

  • Working with SMB team to take on ad hoc requests with quick and high quality delivery, executing on opportunities as they arise.

Ideal Candidate

  • University student or recent graduate from Commerce (Business, Business Information Systems, Marketing, Management) or Communications

  • Self-starter, able to operate with minimal guidance

  • Discretion and integrity

  • Able to handle high workload and cope well with pressure

  • Organised approach to work with flexibility to change tack at short notice

  • A team player with the ability to work alongside others and share best practice

  • Fun, hardworking, innovative, original and personable
